DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area and Faith in Florida \n\n\n\nCommunity Land Trusts (CLTs) are an innovative\, proven tool for creating and preserving permanently affordable housing while strengthening neighborhoods. By separating land ownership from the buildings on it\, CLTs ensure homes remain affordable for future generations\, even as property values rise. CLTs help small business owners compete by lowering the cost of renting or buying a workspace.
