The newly formed Health Care Action Team will host an organizational meeting. At this meeting we will discuss the best options for the timing of our monthly meetings and the priorities that the members of the group would like to set for our initial goals. As the plan would be to include all social determinants of health on our agenda we will attempt to address a large number of issues over the course of the upcoming year.
