League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg AreaTo Host District 2 St. Petersburg City Council Candidate Forum

St. Petersburg, FL — Candidates for District 2 St. Petersburg City Council will appear at a candidate forum on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. 

The forum, hosted by the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area and co-sponsored by CONA St. Pete (Council of Neighborhood Associations) will take place at the Paloma House in the Social Lounge, located at 10787 Oak St. NE., St. Petersburg, FL 33716. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The Forum runs from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Parking is free. No registration required.

The candidate forum will provide voters with an opportunity to hear directly from candidates about the issues that matter most to the St. Petersburg community ahead of the upcoming election, which is scheduled for August 18, 2026. Voters are invited to submit questions both in advance of the forum and during the event. Submit questions ahead of time here.

Volunteers from the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area will guide the discussion.

All candidate forums sponsored by the League of Women Voters follow a nonpartisan, unbiased, and impartial format, in keeping with League principles.

The forum is free and open to the public. The event will be recorded by the League. Other than registered Press, no other recordings will be allowed.
